For our delivery customers, you can pin the garment at home and write instructions about what alterations you would like to be done when processing the collection booking online. If you need to adjust measurements, to re-hem a garment or anything else that requires more specific fittings, you can visit our stores and our Store Manager will be happy to help. Yes, if you are using our Home pick up & Delivery service and would like to receive a quote before we process your order, you can specify it while completing your online booking by adding a comment in your garment instructions. If you’re dropping off your item at one of our stores, your Store Manager will take note of it in our system and the quote will be sent to you prior to processing your item.

Absolutely, our Alterations & Repairs can be used with or without cleaning – just let us know in your instructions while processing the online order or by informing our Store Manager. If you don’t need any cleaning, we will simply steam it before delivering it back to you.

Most alterations & repairs can be completed within our usual 3-day turnaround time. If our expert tailors assess that it will take longer, we will contact you and arrange for this item to be delivered back to you (or to the store you visited) at a later date.
